The tour was great with professional guides who are passionate about the area and all it has to offer. The aboriginal cultural experience at Gunbalanya was interesting and the local guide shared stories of his land and people, explaining the meanings of the paintings we saw at the Injalak Hill art sites. The Camp is positioned on a cliff and has amazing views along the beach and across Port Essington. The tents all face the sea and the outdoor showers and toilets are a fun change. We saw lots of wildlife - crocodiles, sharks, turtles, buffalo, many types of birds and I was lucky enough to catch a large Queen fish. This was definitely a highlight for me! Fresh fish and mudcrabs were on the menu. The day trips to Victoria Settlement and 4WD exploring were great. I wouldnt have been able to experience these things any other way. Highly recommended!
