Have visited quite a few times and been pleased. Today all four at the table ordered steak sandwiches with extra bacon. Arrived on wooden paddle looking interesting enough. Meal was actually rather boring. Non descript unbuttered white bread encasing steak, tomato, beetroot and rocket. Nothing special in those ingredients and rather dry. The basic cost was $22 and we were stung an extra $5 each for one small rasher of very fatty bacon. Quite ridiculous as all ingredients just assembled au naturale. In this day and age when other restaurants are adding things such as caramelised onion to add a bit of taste and interest, this effort was below par. Need to lift their game.

Came here for dinner with my 4 other friends and we had a fantastic experiences. The mood lighting was a special touchy and the soft band playing was splendid! The food was nice though very small amount of options, but the dessert was incredible! Always loved this place!

A group of friends had dinner here. The meals were tasty, but over priced. The desert was possibly the highlight of the meal. The service was good and the 2 guys playing jazz was relaxing.

We arrived with an overseas visitor for a late Saturday lunch and it was very busy. However the waitress quickly found a table and menus and dirnks arrived promptly.but it took awahile for our orders to be taken. The girls seemed very adept at avoiding eye contact. Finally we ordered and meals were served, if not quickly, after a reasonable interval. All the meals were delicious and the menu caters for all appetites. Our table of three had a breakfast,a small meal and a large meal. We ordered a dessert and they brought out the cutlery but after about 30 minutes we enquired as to its whereabouts. It seems the order did not get to the kitchen but they rectified it quickly and did not charge for desserts. Great to see an establishment recognising a mistake and compensating the customer for it. Enjoyable meal all round.

We walked down here for breakfast from the Rendevous Hotel......the place looked so busy and we doubted we would get a table, but we were greeted immediately on arrival and they managed to find us a table and were so attentive from that minute on.
The breakfast menu was very cool...found heaps we would have liked. We chose a vege brekky, and a full on meaty brekky, both were divine. Our fresh pineapple juices were really really good!! The food was great....but the service was even better! I find i now compare other breakfasts to this one....and have yet to find one as good. I am keen to return here.
