Convenient as there is Coles supermarket nearby, washer and dryer, self-contained apartment with beautiful view! Comfortable leather sofa and plenty parking lots. Children love it here, only thing we had to avoid the pool cos it's winter!

My bf and I stayed here recently for 2 nights in the superior apartments, the apartment was a great size. Loved the kitchen and the bathroom, very big. the pictures did show a full spa bath but we only got a normal size bath with jetts. The view however was disappointing, we got one of the side balconies on the first floor which was no pretty sight. My bf surfs and would of liked to see how the surf looks from our balcony but couldn't. However the location of the apartment was very close to the swimming pool and sauna and the BBQ area which we made great use of. Overall pretty happy but a better view would of made the stay 100%

We enjoyed a 6 night stay in a 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment overlooking the beautiful Scarborough Beach in April 2013.The apartment was spacious and with a full kitchen and laundry. It had a comfortable leather corner lounge suite and new carpet. The bathrooms were old and dated but otherwise great for the 5 of us.
Self service with linen provided.

Staff - awesome
Beds - really comfortable
Room - great view but lots of wear & tear everywhere from cracked tiles peeling pain or cupboards.
The only negative thing that actually affected our stay was the noise. We were on level 1 and we could here clearly everything said by anyone next to us or above us. Could even here ppl open & closing doors. Would come back but insist on top floor.

we arrived at the appartments at approx 1.00am to find our travel agent had not obtained the required pin number required to open key box for out of hours check in but without any complaint after our friendly taxi driver rang they dealt with us allowing us access to our room, once daylight broke we were greeted by the indian ocean and golden sandy beaches, the appartment was clean, spacious and well presented, the reception team were great, happy friendly people on hand to provide any assistance needed to make our stay as brilliant as it was cant wait to return!

Room Tip: make sure you get a pin number off travel agent if you will arrive out of normal hours balcony sea v...

I visit Perth for work, one week every month.
It's been hard finding reasonably priced accomodation in Perth, which is of an acceptable standard. This place has won me. Clean, ocean frontage, great restaurants within 100 meters. This is the place I'll be sure to stay on every trip from now on. Thanks Seashells for a predictable and comfortable stay every time. It lovely to know what you're getting for you money.

Close to beach bars and shops. Check in was easy and staff friendly and efficient
.Apartment was clean and had everything required, however bathroom was like
something from the 90's and the water pressure in the shower non existent
I don't know if the internal window shutters were supposed to have a distressed
Look or if they just needed a lick of paint, either way the result was a decidedly
Shabby look.
I know Perth is expensive but I've stayed in cheaper 5 star hotels.
At half the price would be recommended.
