The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was nice. The only downfall was that it is located near a train track. The train did not wake my sister in law, brother in law, or me, but my husband struggled. I would stay again as would my brother and sister in law.

My husband, myself and two other couples were recently traveling from NH to SC and NC. We needed a hotel for just one night so I booked 3 rooms for us in an "unknown" hotel in Pulaski, VA. It was such a nice experience that we rebooked it for our return trip 2 weeks later! When we first arrived, we were warmly greeted by Seth at the front desk. He was the most polite and friendly hotel concierge I have ever met. The hotel has a restaurant which we totally enjoyed outdoors on the huge patio, complete with beautiful "fire-pit tables". The food was delicious. The dining room "Industrial" decor was very nice. Each room was large, clean and charming. The hotel had been a warehouse at one time and the old, wooden, structural beams were left exposed in the conversion. We gathered in the comfy 2nd floor lounge to watch a World Series game.
The breakfast was more than adequate for a "Continental" style.
We were all anxious to book another night for our return trip. Our young friend Seth was there again (as we had hoped!) to greet us.
I would HIGHLY recommend The Jackson Park Inn in Pulaski, VA to anyone traveling through that area.

Really nice hotel that is a converted warehouse. Trendy restaurant and bar on-site. Spacious suite with very comfortable beds. Good walking location to museum and old train station. We enjoyed our stay!! Several trains passed by throughout the night, but that did not bother our family.

This is a terrific place to stay. The room was excellent and the staff was wonderful. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again. I loved the high-end furnishings and the loft feel.

A renovated warehouse is now a boutique hotel in Pulaski. Large rooms, standing wardrobes and open ceilings make the rooms a different experience. A lively bar and adjoining restaurant with outdoor seating was also unexpected in this little town. It was reasonably priced, and a nice rest spot traveling Interstate 81. Maybe the best option between Johnson City Tn and Roanoke va.
