We enjoyed a wonderful Monday night dinner last evening at a venue we have frequented several times before. Seems they have totally gotten it together with service, selections, meal preparation, and large choice of special cocktails, as well as wines. We both ordered the fresh grouper prepared perfectly with a brown butter sauce accompanying the sliced fingerling potatoes atop a generous bed of freshly steamed haricots vertes - absolutely delicious! But the surprise was our appetizer ( we split one) of fresh Rappahanock oysters served roasted and topped with a light sprinkling of parmesan cheese and some baby greens - very fresh and truly a delight for a Monday!
