returned for a 2 day stay after a stay last April. This time, there were several problems. Bellmen situation at check in was atrocious. They need to hire more staff esp when there is a wedding. Our bags sat for 15 min before I went and got them. Towels in bathroom were threadbare. Executive Lounge breakfast was inadequate- not enough choices. Night hostess though was very gracious as was one of the women who worked in Room Service who saw how harried I was after a long trip and made sure we also got extra towels. (Wish I could recall her name). Internet connection was difficult to use at first, and hotel charges for this. Food and service in Pine Room were very good. Gift shop is excellent- has all kinds of gifts as well as extra supplies, sodas, coffee- one of the best. Would stay again- hope hotel corrects some of the problems.
