The scenery isn't anything to write home about, but the food is pretty good. Nothing fancy, but nothing horrible. It's a pretty basic, pretty average Chinese food restaurant. That being said, the price is great. There are better options (and worse), in Smithfield, but you trade quality for a lower price. All in all, not bad, and I will be back :)
