Stayed one night for a business meeting . Very friendly staff. Ok hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy. Had to ask for sweetener as only sugar was stocked with the coffee. Place is starting to show it's wear but is adequately maintained. Nice looking lobby area.

We spent about 6 nights at Country Inn by Carlson-Stafford. We enjoyed our stay! One night we needed to change rooms and Country Inn gave us a Jacuzzi room for the inconvenience!

The staff is super friendly and full of smiles. They are all extremely helpful-and they put out homemade cookies!!!!!

We look forward to returning to the Country Inn!

Pillows were very comfortable, so much so, my brother ended up ordering a pair. Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent. For a cheaper hotel I was very surprised. This was the first time I stayed at one of these hotels but not the last.

I was researching a hotel for an overnight stay for a job interview about a half-hour driving distance. MapQuest actually showed this one as highly recommended, so I decided to book in advance and give them a shot. It was totally worth it. Everything I needed was literally in walking distance from the hotel and along the main street -- restaurants, Wal-Mart, shopping, you name it. If there were any problems -- even as small as needing a phone book for your room -- the staff was totally on top of it at a moment's notice. Rested well and was able to prepare very comfortably for my job interview the next day. (The interview went very well. Just have to wait a while for the final decision.)

Have no cons, but an idea and a suggestion.

Suggestion: I would suggest they have their IT tech to look into securing their wireless access point; otherwise, they may be the recipient of a possible lawsuit. They have one (labeled "Country Inn"), but it was so wide open, I didn't take the chance in checking my email (you never know who could be sniffing your Internet connection). Until then, be careful what you access.

Idea: I see they have rates for servicemembers and retirees. How about a rate or discount for veterans??? Whether it's their VA medical ID card, VFW/AMVETS/DAV membership card, or a redacted DD-214, let's also show love for these veterans; let them not be forgotten. God bless and First Team!

The lobby it self was slight above the temp I would be will to wait in, but the service makes the amount of heat I have deal with even though rice been though been through Iraq. And it's pretty hot. I got in the room and was pretty surprised. At how amazing this place could be for this price. This great person at lobby worked so hard to work with is. Her name was TIANA at 2345 hours. This is Neal from SBMC. ARMY VET.

I Loved this place. First time i Stayed at a Country Suites and it wont be my last. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and the lobby was like a living room. Plus they are pet friendly. Not on my account but my brother in law had a African gray with him as he was moving to Florida. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.. Plan on staying at the one in Lake City Florida on my next trip down.

Room Tip: We like the first floor rooms
