Simple but had all we needed for a brief overnight in Staunton, Va. The woman at the front desk, Joyce, had a lovely demeanor and was a delight. She recommended a place for dinner that was excellent. Clean and comfortable, if not fancy. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay last week! We were just passing through so a hotel right off the freeway was much needed. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and a continental breakfast is always appreciated when you have a large family. The breakfast area was a little cramped, but we were trying to get back on the road quickly anyway.

We have stayed here several times while traveling to Florida by car from Canada. It`s a very clean hotel that takes pets. The rooms are a very nice size and the staff is quite friendly. This past winter we stayed in December while driving down and in April while driving back with our 2 cats.

Never a complaint. Love the walk in showers.

Room Tip: We like the Steak house across the way and the Japanese restaurant in town. Very convenient for trav...

We are on our way to Gettysburg Re-enactment.. This was right off the highway. Very nice folks running the desk, and the breakfast bar. The hotel is very efficient and comfortable. The beds were not as nice as we have had in similar priced hotels but I slept through the night with practically no discomfort. The air conditioner worked well (but then it was also only in the 60's last night). The room was clean and the shower had a pretty good massage setting. One thing that was concerning was the commode and shower room have a pocket door that means you cannot wash your hands after using the toilet without using the button on the pocket door....but that was minor ...just remember to wash your hands. We had also counted on a bathtub because my partner had tripped and fell earlier that day and wanted to soak in a hot tub. This is the first hotel I have stayed that did not have a bathtub but was shower only. Regardless I would stay here again. The rooms have VERY limited wall plugs, But also has a fridge, microwave and safe. The internet was free but VERY SLOW.

I stayed here with my family overnight. It was a weeknight which may have contributed to the peace and quiet but there was plenty of it here. The rooms are small and basic but big enough to move around in. There is room to walk a dog around the grounds. Everything in the room worked well which is all we were looking for after a long day on the road. The beds and pillows were fairly comfortable. The front desk was excellent. Breakfast was quite impressive, the coffee fresh and the staff was friendly. This is a no frills but very affordable place where you will get your money's worth. I will stay here again.

We stay at Choice Hotels dozens of times a year, and they are almost always clean. However, when I went to the bathroom sink to wash my hands, the sink was looked like someone had just brushed his teeth and left the spit-out toothpaste in the bottom of the sink. It was probably an isolated oversight by the housekeeping crew, but it was there nonetheless. I cleaned it up with a wad of tissues.

The breakfast was bare bones ... no eggs but all the other stuff like cereal, etc.

Otherwise, the room was fine and typical for Sleep Inn.

We take the cleanliness of our rooms very serious and the situation this guest encountered is unacceptable. I am addressing this with Housekeeping

Large room for Sleep Inn (king bed!); quiet and comfortable. Good value for the money, room even had a fridge and microwave (I understand this is not true of every room so ask about it). Very friendly staff, particularly in the breakfast room.
