Chef Ian Boden continues to delight! Using truly local ingredients for his ever-changing, seasonally inspired menus, Boden's combinations of flavors and ingredients are so satisfying, they make you wonder why more people don't think and cook like this. His food is exceptional. The limited, well selected wine list works well with the food. No reservations, communal tables and no plushy seats here, the room is not what you may picture as fine dine; the food definitely is.
