Cranberry's offers a huge selection of vegetarian dishes, but also has something for that meat eater who always seems to be in the crowd. When you eat there you feel like you've done something good for yourself. Of course that may make you feel entitled to pick up a little dessert, too, since Cranberry's is also a sort-of health food store (but nicer).

My husband and I stopped at Cranberry's for Staunton's "Sparkles and Sweets" event which kicks off the holiday shopping season. Cranberries participated in the event and they made our night! The offered 5 cent glasses of champagne, lots of appetizers (for free and all were delicious!) and lots of energy and fun people were in the place. Based on the amount of time we were there, and the food we sampled, we will go there for a REAL meal next time we're in Staunton!

They do have some gluten free options and use a lot of local produce. Had some good sandwiches. Service was very slow. Stopped in while doing some shopping in Staunton.

The Baron is a healthy and very filling breakfast, it was also served quickly considering it is made when you order

I love finding healthy food when traveling, but this place didn't quite do it for me. The portions were small, the food was a little odd (I ordered quiche and it was crustless- without anyone telling me it was basically a baked egg dish) and they serve factory farm bacon and chicken, even though the sausage is local and naturally sourced.
