We had 2x times in 1 weeks dinner over there. The first time was just after the hurricane Irene. Restaurant was very busy and we needed to wait longer as we are used to. Waitresses complains it was busy and was slow. Also a lot of people from the utility service came for a dinner. Took us about an hour before we had dinner and the food was not very hot anymore.
Second time we also needed to wait very long, again almost 1 hour. This time another waitresses who feld very sorry for us and offered free bread and soup during the waiting. She did everything she could to make us comfortable but we saw other customers leaving because it took too long.
