Not many choices in this quaint town but, hey, when you have a place like this who needs more? We love going to local haunts when traveling and soaking up the culture. Bingo! Watched sports TV with the neighbors and enjoyed a couple of great pints on a warm Saturday afternoon. We didn't eat, but looked at the menu to discover what looked liked very satisfying tavern fare.

Stopped in here to hear some music and well lets just say that this place is a little rustic. The decorations don't always fit in with the "Irish" pub theme. I wouldn't say that is in the cleanest place I have been either. The tables/chairs are a mish mash of colors and types. Kinda odd. The staff is very inviting and attentive. We only had soda and dessert but not sure I am compelled to return for a meal even if I am there watching a musician. The place had some loud patrons and there was a diverse crowd in terms of age, 21 to 55. Honestly, this place would benefit from that guy who does the show "Bar Rescue." This location and the town would benefit from a makeover of this establishment and I would return if they had a better atmosphere.

Since Molly's opened it has been a go-to for my friends and family and I. We've met Molly herself, she's a sweetheart. While the menu has gotten smaller as many are keen to point out, its also become better and more refined and more Irish. Had some scotch eggs last night and they were fantastic. We love the Bacon Bleu Burger, the Fish n Chips, the meatloaf, and the St. Patrick brunches. The beer-battered fries are worth the trip alone, they are easily the best fries I have ever had (and I've had fries all over the country.) They've got lots of different beers as you'd expect, although one negative is that they don't serve pitchers, only glasses. However, anyone who says this place doesn't have atmosphere has clearly never been inside. To start, its in quaint, beautiful Old Town Warrenton. There are mugs hanging from the ceiling which locals can buy and join the Mug Club, keep in the restaurant, and come in for free events and discounts. There are Irish decorations all over the walls, a big fireplace in the middle of the room with board games on the mantle, barrels for people to set their drinks on, and all of the chairs are different rustic styles. Every night there is something different. There's a trivia night, an open mic night, and (good) local bands usually play on Friday and Saturday nights.

On a very nice street in Warrenton and, from the outside looks inviting. The service people are helpful but the food is average. I had fish and chips and the fish had a heavy coating and the fish had no flavor. The french fries were good. All in all, they gave up their location advantage by having marginal food. Parking may also be a problem since it is in the middle of town.

It was reported that the Ladies WC was IMMACULATE.

Enough potty talk...the house red ale was above average. Good selection of draft brand beers - domestic and imported.
Irish stew - a misnomer - actually better as BEEF and GUINNESS. It was remarkably tender and tasty. Also enjoyed a well made Reuben with house chips and slaw.
Good value - pleasant service - average+- decor. Looked like they could also manage kids.
