We stayed one night at Belle Hearth in Waynesboro and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The lovely old house was filled with memorabilia from the early 1900s. In the Orchid Room the four poster bed was comfortable and the claw foot was a big hit. It was wonderful to open the window and breathe fresh air, as the heat spell had finally broken. Breakfast was served promptly at 9 at the large dining room table and was delicious. Linda made a special effort to cater to dietary needs which was much appreciated. A great place to stop on the way to the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We stayed at Belle Hearth for two nights in July. I read the reviews on line and then called the Inn to make reservations on rather short notice. The only room they had available was the Suite. It was a queen bed room, step down to large bathroom with claw tub and step down to a second standard bedroom. It overlooked the pool and felt like a sunroom. It was the room with the TV so we made it just that--our TV room. I guess you could say the rooms, in fact, the whole house is a little "fussy" but that is exactly it's appeal. I could have spent hours just enjoying all the little antique furnshings and collections.

The Inn Keepers are very very helpful and work hard to make your stay perfect. The breakfasts were fun because each morning it was a different couple or two and each morning the food was different than the day before. It was served with elegant Victorian flare and felt so pampered.

Waynesboro, Staunton, SkyLine drive in Shenandoah's, the Grand Caverans and most of all, Monticello (not to be missed). It was a great venue before we moved onto DC.

We had a 6 week, 6,000 mile roadtrip and Waynesboro, Belle Hearth was a highlight.

Room Tip: The Suite is a perfect room for two people traveling together and sleeping seperate as the two bedro...

I stayed here for one night last week, and was the only one in the beautiful B&B. The Iris Room was great, with a wonderfully firm bed, cooling AC, ceiling fan and a great bathroom.
Being lactose intolerant, I was a little concerned about the full breakfast, but the hostess and host figured it all out. Fresh fruit and granola, a wonderful apple omelet, bacon and fresh baked rolls. It was all topped off with a cup of Earl Grey and raspberry tea.
I have already made my reservations for 2 nights in October.

Belle Hearth B&B was a lovely, friendly place to stay. It is well located on a historic avenue within walking distance of good restaurants, Waynesboro Heritage Museum, and the beautiful public library.

My husband and I stayed at the Belle Hearth for 3 nights in July. It was a relaxing, enjoyable experience. We stayed in the Rose room. It was attractive, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was outstanding and included something different each day, all very attractive and delicious. We also enjoyed the conversation with other guest around the table. Our host were very kind and helpful.

Room Tip: We stayed in the rose room. It was in the front of the house. There was no noise and the room was ch...

We stayed here for two nights while touring about and visiting the local wineries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Linda and Wayne are so friendly, kind and inviting. Every detail has been addressed. The bed and breakfast is decorated in a Victorian style and is so clean. We stayed in the Iris room and it was perfect. The breakfasts were great and we so enjoyed our table conversations. The pool was perfect for a hot Va day. For dinner we walked three blocks to The Green Leaf which was spectacular also. Lunch was a highly recommended pizza at The Blue Mountain Brewery. Do not miss the newly opened Bold Rock (south on Rt 151) for a very refreshing and great tasting hard cider. GREAT!!!!

We have visited Belle Hearth many times and always leave with good memories of our time there. Linda & Wayne are always friendly, most helpful and willing to go that extra mile to make our stay a happy one. Rooms are exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated with lovely attention to detail. Breakfasts are delicious and atmosphere most relaxing. The Inn is beautifully decorated at Christmas - it's a perfect holiday getaway !!!
