The location is very good, between Williamsburg and the Premium Mall outlets. The room had been renovated (third floor) and was clean, wifi was good and was free. The rest of the hotel looks like it has been neglected for such a long time that it's going to need to a complete makeover.

My girl enjoyed the pool very much because there was a connecting channel between outside and in, and they were repainting the inside of the pool house. But one sees banged up shed doors, fences around the pool pump that haven't been repainted in years, a hot tub (which was hot) that looked very old, pool brushes that were years old and therefore losing their plastic hair, and a pool that hadn't been repainted in at least 10 years. The inside of the hotel is dark, a bit desolate, no greenery, no cheerfulness. I felt sad for the nice lady at checkin, she deserves to work at a nicer place. The big criticism goes to the Hilton chain who allows to have a hotel in this state on their books. I guess many people who stay here will lose confidence in the Hilton brand for other travels.

This hotel needs a lot of help. There was bugs in the room and in the meeting area. The hotel needs a much needed make over. Most holiday Inns are clean and bug free but this one had both of these problems. The restaurant had a very limited menu but that was ok because it was always closed. I did not enjoy this stay and hope that this hotel is upgraded soon.

Decent hotel. Overall needs to be updated-bottom line. The pool was awful. But it was a one night stay so was okay for a place to sleep. Great location and close to everything. If we were staying more than one night we would not stay here again..
