“Comfortable, Clean Small Suite”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 July 2014

I stayed overnight on BI asking for one queen bedroom. I got a small suite with separate living room, kitchen area, sink & vanity, enclosed bath/toilet room and bedroom. Bed was comfortable and the area was quiet at night. The room was very clean. My friends had a problem with the room assigned by Best Western's Central Reservation but the Manager resolved her issues very satisfactorily. The complimentary breakfast had the basics with 2 waffle irons if you desire. Great if you're on the go and just need good drip coffee and toast. There is little character to the building and rooms so that is the only reason I did not give it an excellent rating. For the location and general comfort, this is a great value.

Room Tip: If you ask for 2 queen beds, be sure to call back to confirm. My friends got a queen and a sleeper s...

A beautiful property, a great staff, and wonderful accommodations. I received direct personal assistance from the manager, Linda Thurott, and appreciated being booked at the Family and Friends rate. I'd happily stay at this property again, given the opportunity to be in the area, and I recommend it highly.

We needed a place to stay for a family reunion and were able to get a room at this hotel. I liked the fact that the bedroom was a separate room from the main room. Each had their own tv. The room was very clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Underground parking was nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. The breakfast was satisfactory. All in all it was a very nice experience staying here and we would stay here again.

Very nice, modern place with all the usual amenities-- free breakfast, free wifi, free garage parking. Decent breakfast, good coffee. Well maintained, clean and modern throughout. Staff were all top-notch, friendly and helpful. The only criticism I can come up with is the wi fi, which was sometimes difficult to connect with. Laptop connected fine, but the phones were spotty.

We had an awesome relaxing stay at the Bainbridge I. BW. The staff were more than helpful. Rooms are extra large, with cabinets, coffeemakers, and mini-fridges. There is a closet with 2 suitcase valets. We had two queen beds in the room. The hotel is squeezed between a Chevron and a residence apartment building but you would never really know it. We were on the 2nd floor with the windows open (though there is a/c and it is excellent), and we didn't hear any noise at night or even in the morning. We had an under the weather child with us, and we were welcome to hang in the lobby after breakfast, and play the games they had available. No one pushed us to leave, even though they customarily fold up the utility tables after breakfast. They gave us cookies in the afternoon. Those were delicious. Although there is no pool on site, there is a pool two blocks from the hotel. (.2 miles) and you may be able to secure a free pass depending on the days/times of your visit to the pool. Otherwise it is $6 per person. The Bainbridge Aquatic Center is amazing if you have children. It has two indoor pools. The children's pool has 2 diving boards (hi/low) and a cool play area for little ones. There is an indoor water slide for bigger kids. You can get easy food if you need it from the Safeway directly across the street. It seems like this BW is ideal for families traveling with kids, but I did see a lot of older people there so maybe this is not a family destination. I will say it is not near a beach if that is your heart's desire. It's about a mile to walk to town. Very quiet rooms. Great shower heads with variable flow. Pillows are tiny squares but you can ask for more.

The suite we had was really nice. There is a small living area, with an "L" shaped sofa to sprawl out on while you watch the one of two flat screens. A refridgerator and small sink and of course, separate bedroom. The staff was helpful and courteous. There's a decent breakfast buffet in the AM. We had a nice, restful stay.

This is a very clean, up to date, refreshing place to stay. I never do reviews, but I felt compelled to do one for this hotel because I thought it was excellent. The staff took care of all of my request promptly, the front desk was efficient and well staffed, and the rooms were very comfortable.
