I've stayed at this hotel about a half dozen times now, and by and large it's an excellent choice for business travel. The rooms are comfortable (and have actual DirecTV with the guide), the staff is very nice, the in-house restaurant is pretty good, and the workout facilities are also pretty good. There's also quite a few places that will deliver food to the hotel, which works in place of room service for those nights you really need to get things done. The location is good for the places I need to be, but YMMV. I only have two negatives: One, the wifi has a hard time supporting FaceTime on my iPad. It usually works but can hang often and sometimes won't connect at all. Second, my most recent stay included a 5 am false fire alarm, with a half hour stay out in the cold while things were sorted out. Annoying, certainly, but not enough to make me not return to the Hyatt House.
