“Just to sleep”
Reviewed 29 May 2010

If you're looking for a place just to sleep, this will do--if not look elsewhere. Dated with a chain on the door for security--hadn't seen those in ages. Didn't like the bathroom layout--walked into the room and the sink is right there--no partition, no separate room. . .the fan in the bathroom is LOUD. . .and the floor around the toilet looked grungy. . .if not for the bathroom area--the room itself was nicely decorated, basic, bed was comfortable but high off the ground. Didn't like that there was quite a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. . .my summer sandal slipped right through to the other side. The location is good though. And actually for the price. . .just to sleep its okay.

This hotel has a nice lobby, a great location and.....a great location.

The room is very dated, the bed feels like a waterbed and the bathroon fan sounds like a chopper. The free breakfast is in an equally dated place. There is ONE computer in the business center but the rooms have free internet access. The location of the hotel is great as it is very close to Bellevue Square, the restaruants and the 405.

It's a pleasant hotel, nothig fancy but we'd stay there again. The rooms were generally basic but clean, the mattresses felt a little old however.

Stayed here for a week on business. Close to the freeway and not far to drive if you're to be at Microsoft/Costco/Nintendo etc. About 10 mins walk from the square, there's a Denny's next to it, a Whole Foods Store across the road (which is a great place) and a BestBuy 1 block away. Also a gas station nearby and lots of car lots.

Hotel is a bit dated, but clean and cosy. Beds in the room are incredible, about 3ft off the ground and a pleasure to sleep on. Rooms have free Ethernet and Wi-Fi which work well, nothing spectacular but it's not expected.

Expedia deal got me this hotel for £55/night which is great value. Continental breakfast included which is OK. Free shuttle within a 5 mile radius of the hotel (basically anywhere in Bellevue) but it's not regular you have to book it. Taxi from the airport is about $50, I recommend the Shuttle Express which is only $16 each way (if you're travelling on your own).

Restaurant is not the best, I ate there as I got $75 worth of vouchers via Expedia (should have been $50!). Pizza is the highlight, but get half cheese or it's too much IMO. Salads aren't very good. Service is OK though.

Do not let the dated, poorly maintained exterior of the hotel worry you. The interior has been updated. The lobby has a new modern/contemporary look; the rooms are not quite as cool but they have new carpeting, bedding and furniture that is in good condition. The bathrooms are not new but in great shape. The rooms were very clean--among the cleanest I have stayed in. Despite being located at a highway exit, the room I had facing the courtyard was very quiet.
The very clean, quitet room, quick check-in and location across the street from the Whole Foods market earned the hotel 5 Stars.
The conference facilities are also good in good condition, the breakfast and lunch buffets were average but acceptable and the rooms were fairly quiet,

There's nothing fancy about this hotel. It is clean and has your usual amenities (such as business center and fitness room). Internet (wired and wireless) is a little on the slow side. Although not mentioned on their website, they do provide a free continental breakfast in their on-site restaurant. Bar opens late and will allow you to bring your beer back when closing.

If all you need is a place to sleep and relax after a long day, this place works. If you're looking for some romantic place, then try elsewhere.

Right next door is a Denny's. Only a 2 minute drive away from downtown. There's also a Bestbuy and Home Depot nearby. Great location.

We stayed in Bellevue on a recent trip to Seattle in hopes of finding lower rates for rooms in the suburbs than downtown Seattle could offer. The Coast Bellevue was clean and the rooms sufficient. not too big, but we had a king size bed, table with 2 chairs, TV armoire and a desk. Free internet and continental breakfast were provided. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable. (As long as you like a soft mattress. Stay away if you need a firm mattress.) The location was great, close to both downtown Bellevue for shopping and restaurants, and the interstates to take you into Seattle. The staff were friendly enough. We would stay again if ever out on the west coast again.
