Nice park with a big white arch. Kind of cool to stand with one foot in the U.S. and one in Canada. Worth a stop.

I'm a Chinese national living in Canada. I do want to visit America but the VISA is not easy to get and costly.
Then Peace Arch is a great American territory to visit without getting the VISA. It's a quite unique park. You can enjoy the peace between the two countries, and take some pictures right on the border, with one leg in Canada and the other in America! Interesting experience!
A soldier will stop you when you're stepping towards the American park gate.

Lovely place to walk by the Mariana. Get close to nature and just plain beautiful views of the Bay. Surprising for Blaine..which has very little in the downtown other than services for Canadians wanting a PO Box. Don't know how they came up with such a lovely park.

This park is shared by Washington State and the Province of British Columbia. It includes some beautiful gardens and is a favorite photo spot for weddings on both sides of the border.

This is a lovely landscape park. Great for picnics. Beautiful flowers. On a clear day you can see the water. Sometimes they have an Artists fair here.
