We drove up, waited a minute for another group to leave the tiny tasting shop, and went in and enjoyed a taste of about 5 different cheeses. One of them was their signature fresh cheese that had come out of the cow that morning!!! Like a cross between a ricotta and a mozzarella. We purchased a pound of that and a pound of their Gouda for $30. That was a nice snack to have for the rest of our trip.
It's just a few minutes east of Chuckanut drive on the Bow Hill Road. Don't miss it!
Oh, and it's organic and grass fed--what could be better.
