A group of 12 of us came in for dinner and drinks for a work party. We all ordered burgers. It did take a while to get them, but 12 fresh, grass fed, perfectly seasoned, quality patties, garnished with what I can only describe as "love", are going to take some time. If you want a fast crappy burger, hit the drive through. Quality takes time, and it was most certainly worth the wait. Everyone at the table was in heaven from the first bite, and I, being on a restricted diet, was so happy to hear that the fries are cooked in olive and grapeseed oil! Finally! A restaurant that cares about what goes into my body as much as I do! My only suggestion would have been from the serving end. Maybe a little communication about why it was going to take a while before or during the wait, intsead of after the table was cleared. I was a server for years, and when things are taking a little longer than expected, or a table orders something with a long ticket time, it is important that you let them know so that there isn't any tension in the waiting. e
