“Great service!”
Reviewed 30 June 2014 via mobile

Our family has stayed at various Hampton Inn and typically find them of good quality. What stands out about this location is the service at the front desk. We had 5 staying and she went out of her way to bump us to a larger unit at no extra charge. Would absolutely stay again. Free breakfast was good but busy. Close to Burlington outlets and many other stores such as Costco.

We stayed 5 nights in the Seattle, WA area. Three nights at a Best Western one night at Ramada and then one night at Hampton Inn Burlington, WA. What a nightmare!! This place was extremely noisy and showers in the evening and the morning were cold. I expressed my dissatisfaction upon departure and the desk clerk promised to have their manager contact me under their 100% satisfaction guarantee. 6 days later and not contact, so much for their guarantee. The breakfast was okay but served on paper plates and plastic ware and paper cups for coffee. The Best Western we stayed at, for 40% less cost, had china plates and cups with real 'silver' ware. This property is difficult to location as it is behind other businesses. For the cost at Hampton, this place was a ripe off.

We stayed here for one night en route to an early appointment in Blaine. To sum it up, this is the best Hampton I have stayed at.

We arrived early - all I was hoping for was ideas on what to do until check-in. The desk manager found they had a room for us and checked us in. We also had a request for no feather pillows and weren't in the room more than 5-10 minutes when someone came to change out pillows. She ensured we were happy and left. Amazing service in our 1st half hour.

Another thing I noticed upon arrival was how clean it was - the lobby, coffee nook, elevator, and our room. Not only did it look clean, but it smelled clean - that attention to detail is very much appreciated.

The room was very nice. Temperature control was good and that, combined with the super-comfortable bed, led to an amazing night's sleep. Room amenities were all good, and the refrigerator kept things consistently cool.

Breakfast in the morning was plentiful, varied, and tasty. There were options for any taste. Linda, the breakfast host, was friendly and made everyone feel welcome. A really cute thing that she did was writing positive messages on the bananas/peels - that was a fun way to start the day.

I would absolutely stay here again if I need a room in this area!

I checked in here for a stay during my business trip. They do have wifi Internet in the rooms but the connection is not really stable. But that's about the only thing I can complain about. The complimentary breakfast is good and they fill up regular so they don't run out of anything. Also during the day you can help yourself to coffee or cold, natural flavor added water.
The staff is helpful and kind.

Clean, inviting, comfortable place to stay. Good value and friendly helpful staff. We have stayed at this Hampton many times and to see that they upgraded the lobby and breakfast area was a nice surprise.

In town for a geanology conference. Easy location at major I-5 on/off ramp. Good Japanese restaurant across the parking lot, other restaurants (and Starbucks) within a 3-5 minute drive. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Located so close to shopping and restaurants. There's Costco, Ross, Target, Bed Bath Beyond, as well as an outlet mall. Restaurants range from the usual fast food, restaurant chains and local entities. Only a block from I-5. Hot and cold breakfast choices per the usual Hampton Inn fare.
