“BBQ delight.”
Reviewed 23 April 2014

First I notice this show Wenatchee, but my travels actually was:
400 Aplets Way,
Cashmere, WA 98815
(509) 782-7427

Perhaps these two are related business.

I live in Eastern Washington and like barbecue's however my experiance is not proven to be too exciting from the town of Spokane. I like to travel across to the green pastures of western Washington and the salt water towns, along my journey I always take the time to visit this FINE BBQ.

This is a quaint building with a large Brass Pig outside. On summer days plenty of outdoors seating. Inside is a small no frill place. Don't be taken back. Step up and place an order lay the money down, this place is a WINNER and one should not go away without a smile and a few dollars lighter.

If your looking for delightful, slightly romantic, simple, and excellent eating experience you MUST take the time and eat her.

“Great BBQ and awesome Chips”
Reviewed 16 March 2014

The pulled pork sandwich, chicken, and ribs are all very good. But, I would go back just for the homemade potato chips. OMG good!!!

“A Great Place”
Reviewed 28 December 2013

Some great eats and super friendly and helpful staff. These people cook up some yummy BBQ and sides. I know that everyone has an preference on how they think BBQ should be done and that is all good. I do know that this food is just yummy. The pulled pork is super and the potatoe salad is a favorite of mine.
Good comfort food. The service is also the best around. Always a smile and always happy to go the extra mile. They are a great addition to a fun little town. Good stuff to take to go and eat it by the river.

“great food”
Reviewed 18 October 2013

love the brisket and the ribs, this place is a gem, the sides are good too, ribbon fries (more like potato chips), beans and potato salad are the best. Friendly service and always an offer of a refill on your drink "for the road" as you leave.

“Average”
Reviewed 19 September 2013

Based on our visit I just don't understand the high ratings this place gets on TA. The service was friendly and efficient but the BBQ was, to my taste, simply not very good. The ribs were cooked to the point of dryness but seemed juicy compared to the brisket. And expensive to boot. Maybe I just hit them on a bad day but based on my experience I do not recommend. YMMV.
