On a recent golf outing to the area I stayed here and thought the hotel to be wonderful with a clean and up to date room. Also, the complimentary breakfast offered good variety. The hotel was easy to get to from the freeway and the price very affordable with restaurants and grocery nearby. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if in the area.

Room Tip: Up stair rooms only accessible by stairs

This hotel is surprisingly nice for the small town that it's located in. These are restaurants all within walking distance. Safeway grocerie across the street. Parking is limited for large trucks, but one could probably get away with parking at the Safeway across the street. Very nice, clean rooms. Nice staff. Good experience!

I spent a night at the Best Western Plus in Cle Elum near the end of a drive across the country. It was a lovely experience, starting with the very professional, helpful, and friendly check-in. The high-quality breakfast included eggs, sausage, and biscuits & gravy and delicious baked goods like scones and muffins, and was more like a Sunday Brunch at a nice restaurant than a typical free breakfast. What a contrast to the previous 5 hotels where I stayed on my long drive! Everything was done with a thoughtful eye to detail, good taste, and a focus on the guest experience. The room had several nice appointments like a very comfy bed, pillows, and bedspreads, and was very nicely decorated. The wireless connection worked really well, and the HD TV had lots of channels. I didn't want to leave!

Having stayed here before to attend conferences at Suncadia, this time was a challenge from the get go. Booked online, paid online checked in and the hotel didn't have me as paid -- talking with other guests, they had the same experience.

Bring your own hair dryer -- the one in the room didn't dry my not-so-thick-hair without over heating twice each morning.

The shower had two selections, one overhead and the traditional one on the wall. I didn't find it as much of a challenge as other, older guests.

Having never stayed on the back side of the building, be aware that it backs up to I-90 so you will have traffic noise. Didn't bother me but did bother other guests I was traveling with.

Housekeeping completely missed our room the last night there -- such a surprise to return to the room in need of towels so late at night. Front desk was surprised as well. This was also the day where high school groups were checking in for a music competition in the area, didn't get noisy just the fact that the front desk needed to move existing guests instead of placing those groups in available rooms. Seems like there would have been a better way to handle this.

I know I will stay there again because its a fraction of the cost of staying at Suncadia, especially when the room is shared

Room Tip: get the front of the hotel so you are not backed up against I-90

The staff was courteous and the rooms were very nice for the price. The pool was warm and the hotel was very clean overall. The continental breakfast was included and free WiFi. The location of the hotel is excellent.
