“This place is adorable!”

Stopped in for breakfast. Nice strong coffee (not bitter) and the cinnamon rolls were amazing. Huge portions! One more night in Ellensburg and will have breakfast here tomorrow.

“Good stop for dinner when passing through”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 August 2013

It's a little ways off of the interstate, but not hard to find. We had the Heavenly Loaf, and though it was good, it wasn't all that. If you've had good fresh baked bread before, it was comparable. I had a good made from scratch soup and penne pasta, large portions, and the price was reasonable. I would go again.

“Oh my! So good!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 August 2013

This charming restaurant has outstanding food and a very nice wine list. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it was comfortable and has a great quirky charm. Our waitress was attentive, and we were able to have a business dinner for six in a little room that is slightly separated from the rest of the small dining room. The food was exceptional and it was a fun experience to eat here.

“charming”

we have been to the Yellow Church for brunch in the past and thoroughly enjoyed it so we tried dinner this time. it's a nice family atmosphere with a touch of country elegance for couples night out. service is great. I had the burger (as did most of the other diners!) and it was a juicy, tasty mess. the accompanying fried potatoes are outstanding. my husband had the stir fry special which was chock full of fresh veggies but drowning in sauce. the sauce was tasty but it was not soup! too full to try the desserts but they looked decadent. will definitely go again.

“Great food and plenty of it.”

A small place but well worth the smallness. You must have the Heavenly Loaf with your meal. The names says what it used to be.
