Nice, clean and economical! Robert the owner, gave us great service with a friendly attitude, even though I interrupted his family evening at 8:40 pm for a late check-in during a holiday week. Can walk to an adjacent cafe and an espresso stand for morning coffee (coffee was also provided in our room). Thanks, Robert--I'm sure we'll see you again sometime!

Stayed just for the night and had a good night's rest. Friendly people and everything you need with well appointed rooms. Even had a few of the top of Mt Rainier from my balcony!
Nothing I really missed or was not happy with to be honest, altough there was just a bit of noice late in the afternoon because of some work in the rooms. Great breakfast place next door as well and good location to visit Mount Rainier's east side or as a last stop before going further south. It's basically the last budget place to stay for a long time (except camping).

On our roadtrip coming from Mt Rainier we were looking for a budgetfriendly place to sleep-shower-leave.

Kings Valu Inn delivered: for less than $65 we had a double queen room.

No big screen tv, no huge bathroom: if you are looking for that, dont stay here. If you want a lowcost overnight stay at a convenient location, KVI is the best option in this area.

By far the best motel we stayed in during our 3 1/2 week journey through the US and Canada.
Nice hospetality and fair rates. Nearby are several restaurants and also large shops.
Enough parkingspace to.
Mount Rainier within a distance of about 1 hours drive.

This was a perfect place for us to stay - quiet, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. It was within easy distance of Mount Rainier where we were to hike the next day and it ended up being a very easy drive from Vancouver, BC. The restaurant was close and we enjoyed a very good breakfast. We will plan to stay here when we return next year. While it may not rate as a four star hotel, it has all the attributes that are important. I was with my daughter who had just flown into Vancouver from Ontario. I was able to retrieve the book I had accidentally left behind.

The room was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures from their website. My SO and I stayed for two nights, and my only complaints would be a somewhat lumpy mattress and an issue with my reservation. I had booked it 10 days before our stay, but Hotels.com forgot to tell the hotel. Luckily, the manager was able to sort it all out and honored the price from the website.

The manager was really friendly and definitely made the two of us feel welcome. I would stay here again for the great service, cheap pricing, and convenient location. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

The room was adequate. The management explained that NO kitchen equipment is provided and that is totally correct! Convenient location to Mt. Rainier. Easy access to town restaurants. Convenient access to Forest Service information office.

Room Tip: Request a kitchenette.
