Stayed here 2 nights the end of May. Quiet hotel close to Paine Field and Boeing. Very nice staff. Breakfast was fine. Room fine. Used business center several times. Several restaurants close by. I usually do not stay at Best Western but will reconsider after staying here.

Nice place, very new and comfortable. Nothing bad to write at all. Good clean place. Surrounding area is safe, but not the nicest of areas. Need car to get around. Overall very well worth the money and it is a nice, safe, clean place. It is next door to a gas station, and that could get a little crowded or noisy at night. I didnt hear anything, but I could see the possibility of an issue. Would definitely recommend though.

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us at the Navigator Inn & Suites. We're pleased that you enjoyed your stay. One of our amenities is the Free Shuttle Service, which is great for getting to the Everett Mall or Future of Flight at Paine field.

We are die hard Best Western customers. We have stayed in a lot of Best Westerns along the west coast and by far this is the best. You will not be disappointed. We got govrnment rate for $110 US. They have a perfect little pool and hot tub for the kids. A well equipet gym. Great little internet room with two computers. We had an awesome sleep as this hotle is quiet. No loud road noise or airplanes flying over head. I will definatly be going back soon. Loved it.

From the beginning this hotel was great. We were going out to visit family and we wanted to stay in a hotel for our honeymoon. This place was wonderful. They were so friendly. They were very accommodating. They even upgraded us to a suite. The service and friendliness alone would make me come back. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again!

  • Liked — Friendliness of the Staff
  • Disliked — Nothing sticks out. We did not have any problems.

We needed accommodation reasonably close to Paine Field before we visited the Boeing factory and Future of Flight Museum.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our touring holiday in the US. Tasteful aviation theme; competitve rate; friendly and helpful staff; spacious, clean and quiet room; free internet access (in the main lobby); very nice buffet continental breakfast in a bright, pleasant cafe area - all this within an easy 10 minute drive of Paine Field.

Access to the carpark was a little tricky at first; directly across the road from a shopping centre with all the facilities we needed.

  • Liked — Very good value for money; clean, quiet, well presented room; great buffet continental breakfast
  • Disliked — Nothing to dislike - although the internet access in the main lobby offers no privacy

My husband and 3 year old son stayed here one night before we set off for the Cascade Loop (highly recommended!!).

The positives about this place are that the rooms are clean, the continental breakfast in the morning is decent, and there are 2 computers for free use in the lobby. Also I really enjoyed the aviation theme to this hotel.

In terms of cost it was very reasonable.

However it is in an "iffy" part of town. We arrived at night and the closer to the hotel we got, the more I had this feeling of "What have we gotten ourselves into". But once we were there and inside, I felt okay. When we left the next morning and I could see the local area by daylight, it didn't seem so scary.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

  • Liked — Computers in lobby
  • Disliked — Neighborhood is scary at night

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The location is very convenient if you want to visit Seattle (hint: take the express bus from Everett--don't drive!) and also do some cross-border shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlets located north of Everett in Tulalip. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the breakfast was okay. Overall, this seemed like a good deal for the price, and we would stay here again.

  • Liked — Good value for the price, and very helpful staff
  • Disliked — No complaints
