It is a good thing children 2 and under are free because there is little to nothing that they can actually do. With all of the extensive rules in place at Wild Waves it made it very difficult for our family to have fun the first hour or more we were there. However once we figured out what we could all do together it was easier. The real fun on either side does not start till one is over 48 inches though. Our 43 inch 6 year old was very disappointed at the limited number of rides that she could actually go on and our two year could not even ride the little kiddy train even with an adult! The rules are excessive and in many places overkill!
