We were pleasantly surprised by this motel! The outside looks like it has been re-done recently, and the room felt very clean and was spacious. They also had a laundromat that was nice and convenient with seating and vending machines. There were really pretty photographs in the room of places in the area. It was very affordable also. If you need to stay in Forks, stay here!

Booked at last minute and got the H'cap room. Nice décor. The only problem we had was the mattresses on both beds needed to be replaced. Everything else was nice. But here's the problem... One spends most of their time at a hotel like this one in the bed. The double bed in which I slept formed a canyon just a few short minutes after I got in it. And I'm only a 180 lb man. Would definitely return if I knew I could get a newer mattress, otherwise, pass.

If this hotel were half the price I would probably give it 5 stars because the rooms were super clean (nice job housekeeping!) and fairly nice decore (we chose a red and chocolate themed room). However, the place is certainly overpriced for what you get which is only a room. It is a mom and pop place with real room keys instead of key cards. There is a small frig and small coffee maker, soap, hair dryer, and that is it. No pool, no breakfast. The bed was ok, but not the most comfortable I have experienced in other hotels. Which is all fine if the price is right. However our room for 4 came in at $120. This is way too high for what you get.

The hotel is not new but almost everything that counts in the room has been updated. There is a microwave, flatscreen TV, refrigerator, hair dryer and coffee maker. Ice is available in another building along with a guest laundry. Room 210 had a king sized bed for $104 on the second floor. Accommodations are average but they are the best you will find at this level and close to the best you will find in Forks. Everything was clean and well maintained. Since there is no place else to stay for a long distance in north and south so this is it. We have stayed at one other accommodation in Forks that was of similar quality and similar price. Wireless internet service was not very good but the front desk person warned us about this at check-in. He explained that service is often spotty for the whole town and this was one of those days.

This hotel didn't have a lot of perks (no breakfast and ice was in another building a short distance away) but we enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean with sparkling bathroom. Staff very friendly, helpful and accomodating. It is a convenient location for visiting the Hoh rain forest in the Olympic National Park as well as the beaches. We stayed on the 2nd floor and I enjoyed looking out at the town from that height. There is a restaurant next door with a great breakfast.

Room Tip: I enjoyed being on the 2nd floor.....good view of town.

Don't expect the Four Seasons, but you'll get a clean and comfortable night's stay in your Olympic Peninsula trip. The location is great for day trips to the beaches, Hoh rain forest trail or Cape Flattery. There's no breakfast, but adequate restaurants nearby. Also, it was a very nice and helpful staff.
