“Great place”
Reviewed 13 June 2014

First we asked for and received a late registration. Upon arrival we had a great experience at the front desk. We were given very professional and courteous service, guidance, and best of all a very friendly experience. We would highly recommend Kennewick Suites, particularly for those trying to save a few dollars versus the other alternatives.

We booked this hotel through Expedia as a queen suite with a fully equipped kitchen. HahahA! There is a kitchen but there is nothing in it, unless you plan on going to Walmart to buy pots and pans and plates, cups and silverware. The rooms are decent size but between the horrid smell and the fact that you can't cook in the kitchen, its a mistake...go somewhere nicer if you haven't to go out to eat anyway.

I sincerely apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. I am not aware at this time of complaints with not having the kitchens equipped. We have signs in the front which state that if you need pots and pans please ask the front desk. Also I was informed that the front desk clerk did ask you if you needed any pots and pans.. In response to your post regarding the room being very small, our rooms are just under 500 square feet (about the size of a studio apartment.) Thank you very much.

I had come to town on business, and need a place to stay. The reviews were a bit skeptical, but i decided to give the place a chance due to the great price. And the room was nice and big and met my main standard of cleanniness. You recive 5 star quality here and front desk was also very helpful. And WiFI was fast Overall the stay was good and for the standard of the hotel it is great.

Please read to this. They probably make fake account to raise the rating of their shXX hotel if we can call this an hotel.

It's a scum hole, no safety there because they let all of the doors opened during day and evening, we enjoyed nothing there. Breakfast was disgusting, we took it in place similar to a bedroom morphed in a kind of I don't know how to call it.

Room was disgusted, uncomfortable and Noisy, outdated and need restoration. This place should be destroyed and built into something else.

Bizard persons were roaming around back and forth the hotel day and night.

Please pay 10-20$ more to get something decent. This isn't a disapoitement, it a warning to you people reading this !!

Never get close to there there is plenty else in the city.

Room Tip: Go elsewhere

I had a satisfactory three night stay at this budget, family-run motel. You get what you pay for and this was a good value at approximately $60 a night, including taxes, in an area where hotel prices are high. It met my expectations for a 2 or 2.5 star, budget motel.

The rooms are furnished in an eclectic style -- each room is different. My friend's room had a King bed, a dresser, and a comfy couch in front of the television. My room had none of these, but instead had a queen bed, two uncomfortable chairs and two dining areas that I didn't use. Both rooms had new flat screen tv monitors, with lots of channels, including HBO. My room opened out to the back and was quiet, but my friend's room was right above the parking lot smoking area, so not so quiet or fresh smelling. Both rooms were spacious in size and each had a full kitchen. Guests need to bring any cooking or eating supplies, as none are provided. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I found my room to be very clean.

The hotel was too noisy on one of the nights after 11:00 p.m. and before 5:30 a.m. the next morning, but this was because of rude guests and not the hotel's fault.

Other positives: the motel staff was friendly and helpful. The wifi was good. I did not eat the complimentary breakfast, but it looked to be standard fare: several cereals, various breads and bagels to toast, hard boiled eggs, bananas, fruit juices and coffee.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the backside and not facing the parking lot, are quieter and less likely to have a smok...

I have staid in many hotels over the year. I have paid allot of money and had a great deal $. This Hotel needs to be shut down. It has no business even being open much less serving the general public, If there is a good review on here then the staff and the owners wrote it. I have never been so disgusted with a hotel. Smelled of Smoke, the rooms were so dated, stains on the walls. So much potential and yet the owner are trying to stay cheap and fix it themselves. Keeping 1960's appliances along with 1960 furniture is not have you Remodel a Hotel. The pictures on the website are not true at all. The first room we walked into had stains all around the bathroom along with in general being dirty. I got my family out of there and would recommend the city take over and shut this down. The is no Value in a dump like that.

Room Tip: Do not Stay here !!!!!!!!

Found this place online. It was reasonable priced and had good reviews. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and roomy. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Its just a block off a main road, so it was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.
