“Top spot in Tri-Cities for business travel”

Hotel is clean and quiet. Spacious and well equipped fitness center. Close to everything (dining, shopping, highways, and minutes from the airport). Front desk staff are always helpful. Hotel has dining and bar if you aren't up for heading out to one of the many local restaurants. Directly across from the Toyota Center.

This was a nice place. Close to good wineries. The price was reasonable. this would be a place that you would like to stay in if you were here for wine tastings or some other kind of event. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and it was fairly quiet.

PROS:
Location to the wineries
Has a little bar for afterwards
Rates are reasonable

CONS:
Staff was reserved. Professional, but not very friendly. They didn't go out of their way to be friendly.

Bar closes too early and lack of food items is evident
Disappointing breakfast

All in all, if I am in the area again for wine tasting. I would come back. Probably the better choice considering the other options here.

Nice new hotel. Rooms are large and clean. The best part is the beds - they are extremely comfy and each side is adjustable for the toughness that you like. Highly recommended. My wife has a weak back and she slept like a baby.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kennewick, Washington was so much better than we expected. As soon as you walk into the lobby there comes a feeling of comfort. They have tea, coffee, cookies and candy waiting for you. The rooms are extremely spacious as well as the bathroom which is something very important to us. As well as very CLEAN we make sure to inspect the cleanliness and they get an A for that. We slept on a king bed and it honestly felt like sleeping on a cloud, one of the most rested nights in a hotel ever!! Needless to say we will be back again very soon!

Outstanding experience . . . centrally located and great food, service and very comfortable stay. As a business traveler, quietness is essential for refreshed energy. This was an excellent place to recharge batteries and relax.

Every two to three years we come through the Tri-cities area on our way to the Oregon Coast. We stay a night on our way to and from the Coast to break up the travel time for our young family. This was our first time at this property and check in was fast and friendly. I wish I had the name of the young man that checked us in because he was super friendly and gave us some pointers for the next day. The rooms were clean and modern and the mini fridge and micro was great for holding some milk for the next days travel. My wife and kids even sampled the complimentary microwave popcorn as a late night snack before bed. Rooms are better than they appear online and all have modern flat screen tv's unlike the models shown on the Hilton website.

We've stayed at other properties in the area and this is by far the best one we've tried over the years. The breakfast area looked good but we headed out to a donut shop that we've always wanted to try over in Richland that serves donuts made from Potato flour so we really can't comment on the food. I've had breakfast at other Hilton Garden Inns and although a tad pricey the options were always good and super convenient.

Due to our late check in and early check out we didn't swim in the pool but we did stop by so my kids could take a look. The pool and weight room areas were spotless and inviting.

We had read to get a room on the backside but due to our late check in and the fact that there wasn't an event happening across the street at the arena we weren't too concerned. We faced the front of the hotel and we didn't have any issues. There are just not a lot of higher end properties in the area and this one was a great value. We had a great experience and would recommend to just about any type of traveler.

Room Tip: I've read other tips about getting a room facing the back of the property. I only see this of v...

We chose to stay at the Garden Inn after a late wedding rather than drive home. This facilities location is convenient to the majority of restaurants and excellent shopping, but far enough away that we felt almost like we were in the country...nice & quiet. As always, we were not disappointed with the room, the staff or the service.
