“Hopping Fun Pub on Fridays”
Reviewed 15 October 2011

We mosied into Mo's Friday night (I better patent Mosey into Mo's). It was about 5:30 pm and it felt like the entire town was there. The energy was great. We didn't have trouble finding seating though as there are many options: a big L shaped wood bar where one can take in the entire pub's action, tall bar seats next to the bar, and tables for those 'sit down' diners. I had a passable chicken cesear paired with my favorite local inexpensive go to wine -Columbia Crest Cabernet. The husband had decent fish and chips with draft beer. The chips were tasty.

The bartenders were playful, especially Chris, AKA "E.J." Chris is unforgettable as the first Santa Claus bartender look alike. We enjoyed the interaction and will return to test weeknights next time we are on Whidbey Island.

“Great food, Great Price, Friendly Atmosphere...”

When you eat at Mo's you understand why all the locals eat there. It is the place to go in Langley for food, friends and drink.

“I don't know why this place gets good reviews”
Reviewed 1 October 2011

This is a fairly new eatery in Langley although the owner has had several restaurants in the area for quite some time. We'd heard that it was a great spot and decided to try it out with friends. The place was packed. We all ordered wine by the glass and when they finally came, the glasses were very small and looked to hold maybe 4 ounces. Our dinners came and each entree was ho-hum. My husband had the fish and chips and it was mediocre. I don't know why people like this place. Maybe it's the atmosphere which is fun and lively. But the food and wine glass size definately need improvement.
