All Seasons River Inn is a fabulous bed and breakfast where you can thoroughly relax and enjoy the hospitality of small town America. Rooms were neat, clean and well appointed. The home was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. The owners were accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely be back again.

We stayed in the Prusik Peak Studio and were so impressed!!! After a crazy couple months, my husband and I were looking for a quiet getaway and this was exactly what I had been hoping for. The room was perfect for our weekend stay. It had a great jacuzzi bathtub in a beautifully decorated bathroom (complete with robes and all); a very cozy sitting area with TV and an electric fireplace and a big, comfy couch; and a great bed. The room was very affordable compared to many other bed and breakfasts in the area, and was decorated in a woodsy style that was very nice but not overdone. This room is the perfect choice if you are looking for a private retreat center at an affordable cost!!!!

If you ever travel to the wonderful little Bavarian Christmas town of Leavenworth WA you MUST make it a priority to stay at the B&B !!! I found it on the internet by chance and the pictures online do not do it justice. First the owners were so accomodating and helped with dinner reservations, activities in the area, anything at all we needed. The house is so homey and spacious and located on the Wenatchee River. The scenery is beautiful and the solitude is so relaxing. Susan puts wonderful sweets in your room when you don't even know she has been there. The entire place was soooo clean and you felt like you were walking around your own home.We stayed in the Evergreen Room Bed was wonderfully comfortable and the fireplace could be operated from the bed too. She even supplied candles for the 2person jacuzzsi tub along with bath salts. Food was nothing ordinary and very very delicious ! Wish this place was closer than 2200 miles from home so I could go again anytime I wanted !!! You will not be sorry you choise this location.

This review was written for the traveler(s) that is looking for a place with a more secluded, romantic and quite setting.
All Seasons River Inn is an annual stay for us. To start with, Leavenworth in October is stunning and part of an annual roadtrip around the North Cascades, with an additional stop in Winthrop.
The Inn is roughly a mile and a half from downtown Leavenworth, so if you are looking for something within walking distance of downtown, this Inn is not recommended. However, if you’re looking for a romantic, semi-secluded, nicely furnished and well staffed B & B style stay, this is the place. Every room has a view of the Icicle River. And every room is very inviting and well decorated. The least expensive of the rooms offered would still be highly recommended. But splurging for the nicer rooms with the king-size beds, fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs and walk-in showers will significantly enhance the memory of your stay.
The Inn was intentionally built as a B & B style Inn. There are rooms upstairs and a reading lounge, a room on the middle floor and rooms downstairs. The dining area and a larger, central reading lounge, with a fireplace are also on the middle floor.
During the warmer months, there is a trail leading down to the river, but it is not so inviting in the colder months.
The owners, Dale & Susan, are gracious hosts and make every attempt to ensure your stay is as memorable as possible. And they serve an excellent breakfast.
We always look forward to our stay and have never been disappointed.

We were told by the shuttle driver who took us to the All Seasons from the Amtrak platform that we "did great" and would enjoy our stay. He was so right. This place is straight out of a postcard. From the spacious, relaxing rooms to the excellent food and service, All Seasons was everything it was cracked up to be. Dale was very helpful with transportation suggestions being as we did not have a car. It was a peaceful and almost surreal walk into downtown from the Inn. We could have taken the trolley that goes right by the entrance to the Inn, but then we would have missed out on all the beautiful scenery. Sitting by the fire at night reading a book was a highlight of our trip. If you want peace and quiet, this should be your choice.

Everything was just as promised and more. Very elegant, clean and wonderful ambience. Made to feel very special and hosts were very hospitable and warm without being too much. This place is way over a 5 star rating. The setting in itself is spectacular and the rooms are a delight.
