“Wonderful Place and Great Value”
Reviewed 21 August 2014

My new wife and I recently stayed in their Grand Suite. We love Leavenworth and have stayed here before. This is an excellent hotel especially for the value compared to others in the area of equal quality.

Don't be put off by the doors opening directly to the outside, the rooms are very nice. The Grand Suite is absolutely huge. There is a wood table that seats 6, a full couch, gas fireplace and big flat screen TV. It also features a wet bar with mini fridge and microwave, as well as an AC unit separate from the bedroom.

Double doors open to the bedroom featuring a big comfy king size bed. There's a jacuzzi tub next to the bed which is great. They give you some bath salts and are happy to give you more if needed. There is another TV and AC unit in the bedroom. Both AC units will get the place super cold, which is very nice. Though we like sleeping with white noise, the fan is fairly quiet for those that don't like too much noise at night.

The bathroom has a large counter with drawers and a chair. It also features a wardrobe for clothes.

A relative called ahead and had them set up a bottle of champagne, which they were happy to do and was a very nice set up.

The rooms are very well insulated and we didn't hear anybody in other rooms or outside.

They do not serve breakfast, as they have converted their breakfast area by the lobby into a beer/wine bar, which is great. It's never crowded and has a very nice selection of local wines and international beers.

It's very centrally located and an easy walk to all that Leavenworth has to offer. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay.

Just a couple minor complaints, but these should not dissuade you from coming by any means:
- We missed housekeeping and left the sign on our door but our room was never cleaned. They were happy to give us all the towels we needed though and I'm sure they would have cleaned had we called down
- Not really much of a view from any of the rooms
- Needs blackout shades, as it gets bright pretty early in the morning

We love this place and will definitely be back!

Room Tip: No elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs ask for a lower level room.

My family and I stayed at the Leavenworth Village Inn in June, 2014. Check in was easy, staff were very pleasant and they even recommended all the best places to dine at. The hotel was very cute and charming on the outside. Rooms were large and clean and had a mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was very close to the main strip of Leavenworth. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if the hotel bar/restaurant had of been open. Overall, we would definitely return!

What a great place. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. We stayed in the a Romantic Suite on the 3rd floor. Don't expect a great view of town from this location. If we make our way back to Leavenworth, we will stay here.

My husband and I splurged a little and went for the romantic suite to celebrate our third anniversary- our room definitely felt big with the vaulted ceilings (available on the third floor), but I didn't get the "romantic" feel from it, not sure it was worth shelling out the extra. However, overall we loved the hotel- close to town, A/C for the hot summer, complimentary water and breakfast cookies, and big rooms. Seems like it could use some general maintenance- the jacuzzi trim was starting to split in places, and the carpet could definitely use a cleaning. Would gladly stay here again, but would probably go for a more basic room for cost effectiveness. All staff that we met were very courteous and helpful!

Room Tip: Not sure I would pay extra for the romantic suite, but the vaulted ceilings were nice!

Although curb appeal was not great we had an excellent stay .the room was quiet very large and big bathroom .We were greeted by a young lady who was very friendly and told us when our rooms would be ready as we arrived early .Comfy bed and crisp sheets meant we had a good nights sleep, coffee and water available in the room .Very reasonable cost for what we had

1. We got a great price to stay in town.
2. It had air conditioning which is great since it was 95•.
3. Starbucks and The Icicle Brewery are across the street. Have a lovely fresh brew in the morning and a cool brew in the evening. ☺️
4. The only staff I met, was incredibly nice.
5. The rooms are nice, but not as nice as the pictures show. Pillow was a little lumpy, as in its time to retire it and get a new one.
6. Shower was excellent! And the travel bathroom essentials(shampoo, soap, etc) smelled GREAT!
7. You can walk to everything in town. Park the car and WALK!
8. Two complimentary bottles water and breakfast cookies

I would stay here again, it's nicer than some of the alternatives that are on Hwy 2. Not great experiences there.

We stayed here for a short get away. The room was very clean and really nice, and they were very accommodating. They even brought us a ironing board and iron when we had to touch up some shirts. We would highly recommend it, and stay there again.
