This was our second stay here at The Breakers. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves last year with another couple. This year we decided to bring our daughter and the same couple with us. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only is it close to many fun attractions, it is also away from the hussle of being downtown at the beach. The pool and hot tub are always a perk to us. The place is always nicely clean when we arrive. I recommend getting the full kitchen rooms as they come with everything you need! I look forward to making another visit soon!

Room Tip: I enjoy the ground floor, that way we don't have to haul up our luggage and I would recommed get...

My hubby and I had a remarkably peaceful time. View was great from our room and grounds are huge with many amenities. I loved the family atmosphere and can't wait to bring my entire family on our next visit.

I purchased a one bedroom unit and was advised upon check in that a one bedroom unit means there is NOT a bedroom, just a bed. I suggested they change their wording to comply with the rest of the world but they said that was the owner's decision. I found that confusing.

The first room we were put into had a mini frig and microwave and a small table with 2 chairs. I was concerned there was no place to sit.

We were moved to a room with a love seat, chair, and a full kitchen. The bathroom had a shower only but also had a washer and dryer.

There was really no place to put our clothes. The layout was very odd.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean.

Negatives -- the hall way had a light which shone in the kitchen area and lit up our room all night long. The beach was so far away you could barely see it and couldn't distinguish the shape of the waves or anything. There is a large playground between buildings B & C which can be quite noisy. To have a nice quiet room with no one over you get a top floor room, but beware, there is no elevator! There is also no handicapped parking spaces.

For a beach location such as Long Beach the furnishings were amazing. The tv and DVD player were very modern and nice. Cable tv with lots of channels.

The internet is free and the connection was excellent.

FYI - anyone with T Mobile is going to have almost no cell phone service anywhere in all of Long Beach, but oddly it improved as we headed north towards Ocean Park and Oysterville.

Room Tip: Bottom floor with dogs or kids. 3rd floor if you can handle pets for the best views. All rooms fac...

We had a very nice 2 day stay here at the Breakers hotel and condo suites in May, 2014.
We are thinking of coming back in Sept. and/or Nov. 2014. Rooms were great and the view from the balcony of the ocean was wonderful. Took the walking trail down to the beach and part way into town. Next time we will give our selves more time and do the full trail.

Room Tip: If you don't want any noise from the playground, ask to have a room that doesn't face it. O...

My husband and I bought a groupon for here. We had no idea what to expect. The staff were marvelous. It's a large resort, really geared towards families, with a playground, gazebo with picnic tables and bbqs. There games, bikes and movies available at the front desk if you like. There's a pool. And super clean and surprisingly updated! The owners clearly take pride in this establishment.

We had a basic bedroom unit. There was a king size bed, flat screen tv, mini fridge, and microwave. Only a shower in the bathroom, but that was fine for us. And a neat little mini bedroom with a twin size bed in it. Nice sized balcony with chairs, could see the ocean and sand dunes.

It's an easy walk to the ocean and beautiful beach! The Breakers is at the start of a nice paved trail that goes south to the main entrance of the beach. You can even have bonfires on the beach there! So we did! We brought our bikes and biked along the beach and into town. The only drawback is that it isn't really a close walk to town from here.

Overall, spacious, quaint, clean, and great service.

fair price for you get. I thought they were clean and the hot tub was nice. I like that the kids are not allowed in the pool after certain hours. The folks here are very nice and I will stay here again. The room had a small kitchenette and that made cooking in the room nice.

The facility is older and probably in need of a total remodel, but it's a great place for a family vacation! We booked a one bedroom unit for ourselves and our two boys (10 & 12). The bedroom is small, but just fine for two + our stuff. The bed was comfortable and the room had a separate thermostat (which I appreciate). The bathroom was also small, but clean and sufficient for us. The kitchen, dining & living area were a good size & just right for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The boys slept on the sofa bed and it was okay. It would have been better if they could have slept separately (and, in fact, one slept on cushions on the floor one night). The unit has a small deck & a view to the ocean. There are two TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom, but we really didn't use them. There's a DVD player also. There was a beach ball & noodle in the front closet and games, puzzles and books on the bookshelf. We really enjoyed the facilities of the Breakers. The indoor pool was perfect for the boys. They enjoyed the outdoor spa as well, but the night my husband & I were going to go in, the spa was out of order for maintenance. There are cruising bikes that can be checked out at no cost from the front desk and used on the roads or beach trails (just not on the beach). The three boys enjoyed these a couple times. There is a playground for younger children, a volleyball net, a picnic shelter area with a grill, and basketball courts. The trail to the ocean is about 1/4 mile through the grass/dunes. We enjoyed flying kites and the boys even played in the frigid water one afternoon! We really enjoyed The Breakers and would recommend this fun location to anyone wanting to visit the Washington coast.

Room Tip: The rooms aren't super soundproof - we could hear the neighbors moving in/out. We were on the to...
