After winding our way up a hill to our destination, we were pleasantly suprised to see a modern home with a giant deck overlooking a small lake, snow covered mountains and a green valley. We were escourted to our room which consisted of a living room, bedroom and private bath with a shower. Outside our room was a hot tub and big beach towels were provided. Our bed had the nice memory foam topper and was very comfortable. Although not as charming as a victorian house or a ranch, the owners had fun collections of models, antique toys etc. We were there two days and both breakfasts were outstanding. Day one we had a pretty goblet of fresh fruits and berries, a big platter of bacon, a made to order cheese and spinich omlette, homemade biscuits and plenty of coffee and orange juice. Breakfast two was apple "Dutch Babies" (like a giant crepe baked in the oven), served with fresh strawberries, home made jam and syrup. She also served sausage links, coffee and orange juice. Our Inn keepers, Pat & Bill were gracious hosts and made us feel welcome and well cared for.
