After having a horrible meal in another Manson restaurant, my friend I were a little wary about where to eat on our last night in town. We reckoned if a restaurant was going to invest in a wood oven, they would likely care about the quality of their food. We were right!
There were plenty of tasty looking options on the menu, but decided to go with the daily specials. A spinach salad with figs, blue cheese, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette and a white pizza split into four sections with different toppings in each. Both were fabulous. I especially loved the thin crust and simple, yet oh so tasty toppings. Much better than a thick crust greasy cheese wheel.
