From their listing "cabins and bungalows that rival that of a 5-star hotel" is far from the truth. The only thing I can say good about this motel is that it was clean. Everything is run down and needs to be painted/replaced. Bathroom plumbed backwards, no wash clothes, thin towels and bedding and on the 1st day of real summer, the cute outdoor pool in the picture was drained, probably because they can't afford the new drains to bring the pool up to code. Should have been forewarned when I checked in and someone was looking for a can of bug spray to kill the ants in their bathroom. Checked out although the guy at the front desk grumbled something about not giving returns and went across the street to the Best Western which was the best plan ever. Hubby was a good sport. Dinner at Michael's was yummy and relaxing on the deck - all the boats wave to you as they pass by!

This is actually my first review for a motel. I felt obligated to warn you. I'm not very picky when it comes to the more inexpensive motels but this one was disgusting. Not the fact that it was extremely old just extremely dirty. The sheets smelled like they were never changed. There was hair on the pillows. The management gave me the creeps. The sink and shower leaked. The refridgerator smelled. I could go on and on. On the plus side, it is on the lake and if you dont mind picking up garbage you can sit on the dock and enjoy the view. Find another place to stay. You'll thank me!!

Maybe the other rooms are better - we were told our room was in the process of being remodeled - but it was a disaster! From the bathroom door that could barely close, to the door key that would work and was the only key for that door, to the bed with only one sheet and the light fixture with one dim bulb.
Not good
The staff were great about trying fix things, but...they could only do so
much.

Otherwise the location is nice and the view is good.

We just finished a restful stay at this small family run Motel on Moses Lake. When you check in your are treated like family, I was asked, if anything we can help you with? Our dog had so much fun playing with their dog and cat. The Hotel is older freshly painted and right on a small bluff above the lake on the sunny eastside. There are picnic tables, firepits, and barbeque you are welcome to use. The swimming pool is not in service yet but you have their 3 docks to swim from or use their boat launch. The rooms are very clean, with new beds, television/cable and wireless internet in every room. This is an inexpensive no-frills Motel that has a great attitude, ask for "Sonny, if you need any assistance. The Second floor rooms are worth the extra fee, the view and sunsets are spectacular. We will return this summer for another stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a second floor room that has been remodel.

Been to moses lake before and it's all 2 star motels. Wasn't expecting much, but this turned out pretty great. Other reviews are true - it's motel ish - but clean. Brand new tub surround in bathroom. Hotel RIGHT on lake - was so pretty at night. Right on walking trail around the lake, Indoor pool, outdoor pool, exericse room and free breakfast (full breakfast). All for $100. There is NO elevator - so if that is an issue for you, might want to be sure to get 1st floor. Michael's Lakefront restaurant 1/2 mile down the street was FANTASTIC. Ate on the deck out back. Was just passing through and wouldn't stay in Moses Lake for more than one night, but it ended up being a great 24 hours.

We just got back from a Wonderful trip to Moses Lake. Living on the Coast We have never been and decided to drive over during a sunny break in the weather. This was a Great place to stay. Very friendly manager, Being the winter months, it was very quiet. They have a small pool but of course it was closed for winter. We stayed in the front Cabin right on the lake. It was frozen but still very beautiful. We saw two of the most Breathtaking Sunsets from the front porch. This is a pet friendly place as well. We took our two dogs and they had a great time. We definately look forward to going back.

What's not to like about this truly "lakeshore" motel w/ very friendly owner "Hap" looking after your every need? Can't beat the price! The bed was VERY comfortable; we moored our boat at their dock (no extra charge) Hap recommended a Mexican restaurant - tasty food delivered to the motel.
