Overpriced. Got barely any salmon on our bagels. Chicken sandwich nit great - soggy bread tasted like cheap hamburger bun. Caesar dressing horrible - very fishy and oily. Will not be returning.

To start off my selection of beer had two options none that where crisp whatsoever. Two they ran out of the pasta at the begining of the say and asked me in the middle of cooking if i would want a different type. The sauce was made with milk and cheap substitutes. The chairs where uncomfortable. The food got cold after 5 mins due to fans running the whold time because there place gets too hot because they have no vent in the kitchen. I asked the owner is she could turn off mine and she said no. No compromise could be net. So wear snow clothes in there. Also a dog was in the kitchen. and walked into the office. I called the health department after that. Then i got charged for refills, extra items, even takeout box. And the rest of the food was not italian. Small portions where horrible. And the bakery section is not fresh made. It;s all pre made. Just warmed up. I got an inside from the filipino guy there. Also if you have children she hates there noises. My child never screamed just talks loud and has high pitch. she gave me a bad look the whole time never again will i go. One more thing she had someone go to the hospital from her restaurant and care more about the check then the customers safety.

For over six years, Angelo’s has been proud to be a part of downtown Oak Harbor and support local produce farmers, dairymen, cattle companies, fisherman, and other local merchants. Angelo’s is a local leader in the “Shop Local” trend and stand on its record of always offering fresh, organic, natural, made-from-scratch selections using local ingredients whenever possible. Additionally, because of its high commitment to preserving the environment and community, Angelo’s Caffé was awarded the first ever Oak Harbor “Green Business Award” in 2009 and then again in 2010.
To provide the highest in customer service and quality food selections, Angelo’s Caffé offers a small, but select menu for breakfast and lunch, a full espresso bar, beer and wine, and a small bakery that offers fresh, made-from-scratch pastries and other bakery items. The soups, pasta and pasta sauces, breads and other menu items are made from scratch daily in small batches to maintain freshness and quality. Angelo’s Caffé bakery won the Best of Whidbey award in 2009 and catered bakery items, special orders, and hand-decorated cakes and cupcakes are always available by advance order.
Angelo’s offers a small, but refined selection of premium beer and wine that includes three domestic beers, six and premium beers, five imported beers, and three hard ciders. The wine selection features Italian, Washington, and California wines as well as a selection of sparkling wines. Private wine-tasting parties are offered by arrangement and hosted by the owner who studied wine in France while on a college scholarship.
To better serve the community and customers, Angelo’s owners and staff live by strict work ethics and commitment to a job-well-done. The current staff has an average tenure of over two years and is dedicated to providing a great dining experience for the customers. This dedication and quality of service has helped establish Angelo’s Caffé as “Oak Harbor’s Gathering Place.” It has become the meeting place for several Navy spouse groups who come often with children who can play in the casual seating area that is complete with leather couches and chairs, a coffee table, Flat screen TV and fireplace. Local foreign-language clubs, flying clubs, book clubs, and committees also use Angelo’s as a regular gathering place. The dining room features welcoming and comfortable seating at bistro-style tables. All are welcome and customers are treated with great respect and consideration. Kids are always welcome and greeted with a fun Kid’s menu, the popular Wikki Stick table entertainment as well as games, books, and even a goldfish for entertainment!
Full table service for menu items, beer and wine is also available on the newly remodeled pet-friendly outdoor patio where pets are always welcome to a cold drink and yummy doggie treats.

I wouldn't make special trip to Angelo's. It's like a bakery/cafe with a small amount of baked goods. Casual atmosphere. It's got an Italian name, I think from one or two owners earlier, not much Italian food. Not bad, not great.

Angelo’s Caffé was named in honor of Angelo Santarlasci who proudly served on the USS Texas in World War II. The son of Italian immigrants, he was raised in the family business, but passed away in 1967 before he could do his part to honor his Italian heritage. Certain recipes used at the restaurant are Santarlasci family treasures and reminiscent of Angelo’s past. His oldest child named the restaurant in his honor. You can view his Battleship plaque and family pictures at Angelo’s Caffé in downtown Oak Harbor.
