The hotel lobby and room were nicely furnished and very clean. Yummy warm cookie upon my late arrival was much appreciated. Located right across the boardwalk, many great restaurants and nice place to walk/run. Very near Capital and the lake. Map Quest could be a little more specific regarding directions but I called the hotel and staff directed me perfectly. Have stayed here before, will stay here again!

Very comfortable bed, walking distance to the farmer's market, lots of nice restaurants and the harbor. Good coffee bar in the lobby. The rooms are large, and have fridges and microwaves. The bathrooms are updated and well lit.

For the price we paid, I enjoyed the room and staff, but to watch people pay for a meal that should have been provided, it spoiled our whole experience. FREE THE BREAKFAST! 200 characters leaves me too much room to complain about the bean-counters decision to cheap out on a good breakfast for the price that we payed.

Thank you for your feedback. Though we are glad you enjoyed your stay overall, we apologize for the experience you had with our breakfast. It is our goal to provide the optimal experience for our guests and meet their hospitality needs in every facet. It is disappointing we could not fulfill that with our breakfast options. We do offer Bed and Breakfast packages you may book which includes breakfast throughout your stay. We continually work to improve our menu offerings, and your comments will help us keep our guest's needs in mind. We hope for another chance to better your previous stay the next time you are in town!

We stayed here while our son was at an event being held at Great Wolf Lodge. My husband had to work one of the days we were there by being on conference calls and returning emails. We rented a king jr suite. The picture of the website doesn't look anything like the room. It is much nicer than the picture. It is very large with the bedroom and sitting area separated by a large bathroom. The desk was a large executive style desk with plenty of work space. My husband was able to take his calls and I was able to hang out and relax in the bedroom. My favorite things were the warm cookies on check in, the comfy robe, and the luxury of a real hair dryer (not a little travel one). The only downside is the parking lot only has 65 spaces and they have just over 100 rooms. Because there was an event going on, all the on street parking close by was taken up. Also they don't take vehicle registration information, so there was no way to contact the people that had parked taken up 2 spaces and those who were park with permits in the handicap sites.

Thank you for your review! We are thrilled you had such a wonderful experience here at DoubleTree by Hilton Olympia. It is great you enjoyed our King Junior Suite and amenities. We apologize for the inconvenience with our parking lot as downtown was abnormally busy with festivals, Arts Walk along with our meetings and hotel being sold out. We do offer to pay for our guest’s metered parking from 8am-12pm. You may see the front desk for details if this should happen on future reservations. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again and a warm cookie will be waiting for you!

Enjoyed a respite from wedding planning in this lovely, newly renovated hotel. From the warm chocolate cookie, to a fabulous bar tender, and friendly staff we were pleasantly surprised. We also enjoyed the floor devoted to Hilton rewards members.

We were in town for business for a wedding that was located near by. We recommended this hotel to several clients attending the wedding. To our surprise the rooms were smaller that what they had made them seem. There was no door between the 2 bedrooms in our 3 bed suite so there was no privacy. The door made noise going in and out of the room. The shower head was making a high pitch annoying noise when in use. We paid $9.95 per person for a dry and bland breakfast that was nothing in comparison to the Ramada's FREE full breakfast included in the room. Our recommendations- Stay somewhere else so as not to deal with the headache. Plenty of other hotels in the area that are similar in price but better in service and room quality.

Thank you for your review on Trip advisor. Your experience with our Double Tree was not the quality that we have promised to provide to our guests. Our BRAND promise is something that we strive to deliver to every guest every day. We value your feedback and we hope that you will give us another the next time you return to the Olympia area.

Very pleasant hotel, ideally located for a family wedding. Helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay at a Doubletree Hilton again if this is an example of the quality of their hotels.
