Great place to go! Oroville has a lot of history. Lived there for five years and would love to live there again! Great place to raise a family

This is such a wonderful little Museum filled with fascinating memorabilia and facts about this tiny town. The people that run this place are pleasant and friendly. Lots to look at and you truly get a feel for what it was like back then.

One of only 3 Great Northern railroad depot left. Great display of historical items by the Okanogan Borderlands Historical Society and the Oroville Visitor Information Center.

The Oroville Depot Museum has fascinating exhibits about local history. I didn't expect a small-town museum to be so interesting. It tells a lot about the early boom days and later decline of the settlement of the area by Europeans, and the local railroad. The museum has a permanent display and a large room with exhibits that change once a year. The museum also has a small display of native American artifacts. The day we visited a member of the Okanagon band was there who patiently answered lots of questions, and told us about their history and ways of life.
