Not the best. Usually we have a great experience and no problems. This time it felt like there were nothing but issues. It started with one of us being in a wheelchair and the lounge NOT being accessible for her. So, we opted for the dining room. Then, we asked for them to honor their 'happy hour' specials. "No, those are only for the lounge." But, our friend cannot get in there. So, they asked the manager. Finally, they came back and said that they would honor the specials, but did not seem happy about it, and kept checking their watch to be sure we ordered before the cut-off time of 6pm.
Then one of us received her food and the rest of us waited. Finally, we all got our food. Two orders were wrong, including mine. I have dietary restrictions, but did not notice until I was nearly done with mine. They had scraped off the food that I am allergic too! Good thing that I caught it and did not eat that part!
I had to ask for a refill on my drink, and we sat with dirty plates for quite some time in front of us.
We all decided that we will not be going back. There are so many other nice places in town for us to have a great dinner.
