I had to spend the night in Pullman while my dog was evaluated at WSU Veterinary School. This hotel had "dog friendly rooms" and this was clean and inexpensive. The breakfast was fabulous: REAL scrambled eggs etc. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check in very early so I was able to unload before going to the Vet school with my dog. I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Pullman.

No rooms available in Moscow but found 2 here. Desk clerk was very helpful and informative. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast room large and well stocked. Clerk directed us to an adjacent restaurant that was sure handy and pretty good. Didn't use the shuttle, pool or fitness center. I don't understand the negative reviews, we were quite satisfied.

I cannot imagine how there could be any negative reviews for this hotel, although the front desk say it has been recently remodeled. It was everything and more from any Quality Inn that we have seen, and as well, the breakfast room stayed open extra long times so we enjoyed visiting with family as they came down at different times. It was so comfortable and relaxing to be able to do that. The breakfast was great. Our room was HUGE: apparently, somehow we were upgraded to a 2 room suite, with a Jacuzzi tub and not only had sofa bed but table and chairs too. Even the public areas were very attractive (see my photos).
This hotel is very difficult to get into due to its proximity to campus, and they have a free shuttle to take you anywhere in town. Even though we had a car, we used it to get to the campus a couple of times to avoid having to park there.

Not sure where the quality fits into this Inn. My stay was in a King Suite at the end of the hall on the first floor. Not such a bad thing until you realize that the door to the outside had no lock on it! Not only that, but across the hall was a "Public Spa". Excuse me, a public spa in a motel? The door to the spa locks at 10PM, oh goody, now the public has to use the unlocked glass door to enter the building. The spa did have a much nicer bathroom than the one in our room which was smaller that most closets. Not to mention that the door to our room had only one hinge that was properly screwed in. Of the other two hinges, one had the screws going in sideways and the other was not even attached to the door jam, it had come apart from the double stick tape that it was affixed with. The motel was full so there was no changing rooms and I'm not sure what the other events were in Pullman but no other rooms were to be had in town. The peeling paint in the bathroom (closet) gave ownership to the smell of mold and mildew in the room. Nice HD flat screen TVs in the room with an analog signal that was fuzzy. Oh and if we had only brought our cassette tapes, there was a dual cassette player with high speed dubbing and a 3 band equalizer. HUH?? To end on a positive note, the location is great. I wish I had taken pictures to share.

Do not stay here. Even though we arrived as the maid service was finishing up 'cleaning' our room, it was filthy. There was garbage left from the previous guest and they were obviously trying to cover up some smell as they way over did it with the deodorizer. After that smell finally dissipated it was clear that they have a mold/mildew issue. It was foul and stanky. We stayed in a king suite, which would imply a nicer room, but it was not. The bathroom situation was crazy. There was a huge jacuzzi in the middle of the room and the toilet and shower were shoved into a tiny little closet. You could barely move in there. The shower fixture leaked and was barely hanging in the wall. The sinks were no where near the toilet or shower. One was in the bedroom area and the second was in the living room area. The TV sucked. While it was a flat screen tv, the reception was terrible. Every station was snowy and you could not see the screen. Perhaps most disturbing was the missing parts to the security lock on the door. We opted to move tables and chairs in front of the door at night. This was also partly due to the fact that right outside our room was a glass door to the outside of the hotel. This door had no locking mechanism whatsoever. Nothing. They do have a pool....it is barricaded off and filled with garbage as is the rest of the outside. It is a complete dump. Oh yes, our complimentary shuttle from the airport was late picking us up. We had to call to remind them to come get us. The shuttle van was disgusting. Filthy with stains as if someone had some sort of accident in it. The driver was also filthy. Did not appear to be part of the hotel, as he was dressed in a dirty t-shirt and jeans. He opened up the back of the van for our luggage and never offered to put it in there and we had to move stuff around to make room for it as the back was filled with crap.
Bottom line: DO NOT STAY HERE.

The Quality inn was a bit run down and antiquated. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. The bed was decent, and the ameneties were a bit out of date. No couch or easy chair to sit in, do desk or workspace area. The room I had was a bit dirty, table, trays, coffee pot, mirrors were all quite dirty and had not had thorough cleaning in a long while. The breakfast was pretty gross as well and not much to talk about. I could not reccomned this hotel and I would not purposefully choose to stay here again in the future.

Room Tip: go somewhere else?
