“Great Service and Stay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 April 2014

I stayed at the Inn for nearly a week, 1st time in America - and they made me feel right at home! my flight was in excess of 13hrs, thus the comfortable bed was just what i needed. Parking is ample and with the doors to the outside, close to your room as well!
In the morning more smiles from all the staff.
When i inquired about a delivery for me, there was no hiccup and the staff was professional and timeous to promptly inform me about the delivery.
The complimentary news paper and friendly cleaning staff also contributed to a great stay.
I will stay there anytime again and i can recommend the stay there to anyone as well!
Thank you to Chelsea and all the other staff there.

We chose the Silver Cloud Redmond for its location and based on the reviews here - and it exceeded our expectations. First, I contacted the manger to see if we could get any discount for an extended stay, and she gave us a great rate on a king suite (thank you, LM!). The suite was very large, and had a gas fireplace that we came to use each night (lovely to get warm after those cold, rainy Seattle days!). The free, 'continental' breakfast here is so much better than any hotel I've ever stayed in - fresh scrambled eggs and sausage, a waffle maker, muffins, bagels, pastries - can't beat it if you don't want to go out. The bed was almost more comfortable than mine at home. The staff was very friendly - and referred us to restaurants nearby when we asked them. If there was one thing I would suggest, it would be to get a better in-room coffee (it is really bad!). Probably the businessmen don't use the coffeemaker in the room so don't mention it - but for those of us who like the first cup of coffee without getting dressed and going downstairs, another brand would really be nice. That is my only (minor) complaint! Thank you for a great stay, and we'll be back.

Room Tip: Choose the King Suite if you are staying for more than a couple of nights - the extra room is well w...

I was pleasantly surprised that the interior of this hotel was attractive as the outside photos made it look questionable. This is one of the nicest hotels in which I've ever stayed. A king suite was only $159 a night: two large flat screen televisions; tall granite sink in the bathroom and two more sinks; a gas fireplace, comfortable bed, thick bath towels; Aveda shampoo, conditioner, and soaps; and free wireless! The spacious downstairs lobby doubles as the breakfast room with bagels, eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, coffee... There is a paper on your door every morning. The swimming pool was large enough to swim laps, but be sure and wear a mask or goggles as the chlorine really stung. The whirlpool was relaxing and an outside patio would be great in good weather.

My wife and I stayed here for a nice quiet New Years eve get away. We had been here 2 years ago and nothing has changed since then-- wonderful as ever!! Nick at the front desk was very friendly and helpful--- and the King Jacuzzi room was like a slice of heaven! This hotel has one of the nicest lobbies of any hotel ( and I have stayed all over the country)-- complete with a full- sized couch! You definitely feel cozy and relaxed. This place is indeed a gem.

It was fine for the overnight, the wifi was decent and the room had a fridge etc., so it was okay. The room was a bit cramped, but serviceable, as was the free breakfast. Clearly meant for on the go sales people, but it had a good location within easy walking distance of a number of decent dining options for those without a limited palate.

Room Tip: ask for a quiet room

We stayed here twice because we were so impressed with everything about this hotel. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Staff was professional and polite. Breakfast was awesome! Swam in the pool which was warm and wonderfully empty. Hot tub wasn't very hot, but I didn't have a chance to use it anyway. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again, next time we head west!

Attended the hotel due to it's location. The rooms are basic and the hotel feels old - the bed was very uncomfortable - it was more convenient sleeping on the floor than the bed. the room was dark and the lights are positioned in a non-convenient way. You have to go through all corners to lit the place up a little
The pool was nice and the service was kind.
