It was so peaceful. Not an elaborate cemetery. We were the only people visiting Jimi's grave that late afternoon and it brought a solitude that washed the soul. A few guitar picks had been left for the great Jimi Hendrix, other than that, just the walls with various lyrics and drawings of Jimi. We sat for a while, reading and relaxing and took in the calm, peacefulness that was the legendary guitar great's final resting place. Driving back to Seattle I was glad we had gone. I still treasure that moment of our trip. If you head that way please stop by. You won't be disappointed.
