Husband and I were visiting friends in the area and just needed a place to crash that wasn't too expensive. The room was $70 for two double beds on Saturday night of boat race weekend.

Check-in was fast and easy, however the clerk didn't exactly seem thrilled to be working. The room (213) was cool when we entered, and the temperature was easy to control via the console under the window. The carpet was clean and didn't have any staining or sticky spots as other reviewers had mentioned. The room included a microwave and decently sized fridge, in which we were able to put the fruit we bought from a nearby stand.

The bathroom was impeccably clean and smelled fresh. The shower curtain was on a curved rod and shower head was high enough that my husband didn't complain about showering. The towels were standard for quality of motel we were at; somewhat scratchy and stiff. We brought our own shampoo and lotion so we didn't try the bottles provided. The water was hot, even close to check-out time.

We thought it was strange that a hotel would have double beds instead of queens, so we booked the room with two. The beds were the only bad part of our stay. They were very hard and made it harder than normal to fall asleep. Sheets were standard motel quality and smelled fresh. The pillows were nice and fluffy.

We were hoping to use the pool before check-out on Sunday, but unfortunately it doesn't open until 10. There was complimentary continental breakfast offering cereals, pastries, juices and coffee. The pastries were fresh, but the coffee was sub-par (it tasted like instant). Check-out was easy and only took a minute.

All in all it was a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book the Days Inn again. No, this isn't the Hampton Inn, but you shouldn't be expecting a four-star hotel at a one-star price. If you're looking for a decent place to sleep and shower then this motel will be more than adequate.

Booked through Priceline, paid $50.- per night which was just right. A bit disappointed to find only one double bed for the 2 of us, but after talking to the receptionist the problem was quickly solved and we got a room with 2 beds for only $20.- more for the 2 days. Simple and clean Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location since a lot of points of interest including good Restaurants are in walkable distance.

I stayed at this hotel twice in the same week while flying in and out of Pasco Airport; the convenience to the airport and highways is great. The two separate single rooms looked freshly renovated, nice mattresses and pillows, new bathroom doors and the wood around the doors, and the paint was clean. The bathrooms had new tubs, the tile was clean as was the whole bathroom. But like the single room, the bathroom is small, they get bonus points for having shower heads higher than 6 feet so I could shower without bending over. Both rooms had clean carpets, one was stained but you could tell it was clean.

The desk staff was courtesy and friendly. I had to ask them on each stay to reset the wireless router which I never connected to at high speed. One room was located near the center by the soda machine where they said the router was, the other towards the far end, neither connection worked great so it is most likely an issue with their provider.

As a business traveler this is a more than adequate room at a great price. A nice TV, nice bed, refrigerator, microwave, clean bathroom, but if you pace around while you think you'll have to step outside.

The motel shares a parking lot with 3 Margaritas,an authenic Mexican restaurant, and there is the Atomic micro brew pub less than two blocks away.

There were several things I disliked about this hotel, and only one or two things good with this hotel....
1. So many carpet stains and sticky spots that I wouldn't let my family go barefoot in the room.
2. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the toilet seat was cracked.
3. The place is non-smoking- but our room reeked of cigarettes (and worse!)
4. The smoke detector was hanging open- and didn't have a battery in it! We reported this to the front desk and they said they'd get to it in the morning!! No other rooms to move us to.
5. It's located on a cross roads of busy streets- and it's quite noisy. It's a "drive-up" kind of hotel with teenage teams crawling all over the parking lot until the wee hours of the night.
On the "good" side....
1. cheap ($50 for 2 queens)
2. Close to several restraunts & shops

The two start rating for this motel is just not right! This is a ONE star motel on it's best day. The rooms are sparse and bare (think Motel 6) the carpet has so many stains that I would reconsider going barefoot, the mattress was concave and the pillows about an inch thick. I wish I were exagerating. The location isn't bad and the actual physical shape of the place is ok and I found that the staff were the same as I have found anywhere, but the rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. They need to be thoroughly cleaned, carpet changed, painted, new beds and linens. Until then, I'd look elsewhere for a room!

I stopped at this Days Inn for a place to nap and shower before continuing on my way home. I was surprised at the clean interior and well furnished rooms. For a budget hotel they offer quite a bit. Iron, board, coffee, microwave, mini fridge, cable with some movies inc., dryer, table to eat at and a desk. The phone is located on the desk across the room instead of next to the bed and I was not in love with that.
Two problems. I wanted a shower and there was no hot water (not even lukewarm). Front desk person said "I am not a plumber" and offered to let me try another room to take a shower in....unclear as to how that would bring hotwater to the tap. The other problem is that the walls are thin and you can hear everything which means that I heard the neighbors calling to find out about the water situation. On check-out at the front desk, I listened as several calls came in about the hot water being out. This was about 11:30am by now so this had been going on for several hours. The front desk staff should have contacted the owner and a plumber by this time (in my opinion). Another mention was that I checked in at about 2:30 am and the front desk person did not know how to apply the AAA rate or how to use my "Rewards" card for the stay. She also thought I would not have to check out until the next morning because I had checked in after midnight.
On one hand I would recommend the place and on the other I would say, you get what you pay for.
It is near restaurants.
