Description: Welcome to the legendary Brick Saloon, Washington’s oldest continuously operating bar, established in 1889. From our famous 100 year old bar showcasing the original 23’ running water spittoon, to our basement jail cell, colorful coal mining history, tasty pub fare, and live music every Friday and Saturday night, The Brick is sure to be your favorite roadhouse stop! We are a family friendly restaurant. Minors are welcomed in our family dining area daily until 9pm (when our kitchen closes). The bar area is 21+ and also is part of our restaurant. Live music is provided every Friday and Saturday night. Hope you stop in to see us and enjoy a bit of history in our wonderful little town of Roslyn!

A great time every time. The food, bevs, and atmosphere aren't particularly outstanding, but the formula just works. Excellent service every time, as well. Looking forward to my next cup of broccoli cheddar soup!

we went for a quick lunch and it was over crowded and the staff was overwhelmed. Food was good but my chips were soggy.
With limited choices in Roslyn I would hope they can get more staff to handle a Saturday Lunch crowd.

Stopped by The Brick today for lunch and they had a wonderful Mushroom & Brie soup. I also had the 3 cheeseburger sliders from the Appetizer menu which were also great! My friend had the Mushroom Burger with waffle fries and liked it as well. Fun atmosphere and great server!

We always enjoy taking our family visitors to Roslyn when they are in the Seattle area, and stopped at the Brick for lunch as part of the tour. It is the set for the tavern for the old TV series Northern Exposure, but it remains as solid and rustic as it has been since it's beginnings. The old imported back bar from an English Pub, and the running water sluice under the sit-up bar are as authentic as you can get, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and if one wishes, you can enter the jackpot for the weight and length for Cindy and her baby which is due any day. The food is really good pub food, the Reuben is exceptional, the BLT is very good, and the fish and chips were also well done. It may be a little way from the city, but well worth the run.
