Attention: Sanjay Mahajan, General Manager (Radisson Hotel, Seatac, Washington)
We stayed at Radisson (our first time) in April 2014.
I got there early, checked in. Front desk who checked us with all smiles needed more training. When we checked out, I made sure to stop by the front desk to make sure all accounts are settled.
Wrong! Radisson employs the most incompetent people in the planet.
We received a letter from the collection agency for unpaid parking.
WE were told when we checked out that we are good to go and to have enjoy the rest of the day. I have invoices, receipts and statements that we have paid.
When we receive the letter, we called Radisson to get this problem fixed! Listen up, do not trust anything the employees of this company says. On the phone, we were told that this will be taken care of. And today is August 26, 2014.... problem not fixed!
Tips: Make sure, if you ever have to avail the services of this hotel, to make certain you get the names and ID number of the employees you talk to. Because their words don't mean anything. Talk about total incompetence! The staff that are employed in this establishment do not care about doing the right job and making sure they deliver what they promise. They lack training, I mean how hard is it to check in and check out guests? To give parking passes,...Attention: Sanjay Mahajan, General Manager (Radisson Hotel, Seatac, Washington)

Talk about total incompetence! The staff that are employed in this establishment do not care about doing the right job and making sure they deliver what they promise. They lack training, I mean how hard is it to check in and check out guests? To give parking passes, to let the guest know of the standard things the guests ought to know? If there is a mistake on the staff or front desk or the receiptionist, forgetting to assist a guest or guest in checkin in the guest, then correct it! Do not just promise and say, "we will take care of it" and not do anything about it. Anyway, it is not the front desk who gets the letter from the collection agency right? It is not Radisson who gets the shocking bill right? We spoken to total 5 people. August 26, 2014 (we checked in April 2014). We will see how this establishment live up to their name of solid incompetency and lack of care. So be aware!
Service: Poor! Front desk obviously untrained of the basic things her own hotel requires to check in a guest!
Cleanliness: Needs updating. We had to use the employee/housekeeping area to access the elevator. Floors are dirty.
Rooms: Thin walls, we could hear all doors opening and closing!
Access to the airport was the only thing I can think positive of this hotel. This hotel was reasonably priced, on the cheap side, this was our first time here. NO WONDER WHY! This hotel had caused so much headache and lots of...More
