I booked the hotel for 3 nights 24th of july to 26th july through hotwire. After horrible night at the hotel, I went down to the front desk and made sure that I will be getting a refund if I check out. After confirming about the refund I made another hotel reservation and handed over the access keys to the person in the front desk. Now after 10 days when I called hotel and asking about the refund they are saying that I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and there is no refund for me. I don't believe, its their mistake of not updating the system of my checkout and now blame me of staying there without a keys for 2 more nights? The person is confident of staying me for 3 nights but then who checked out on the 3rd day? No belief on the customer, no respect of what he is saying. Thats how they treat. When tried calling hotwire they say no refund for early checkouts, then why did the person sitting in the front desk give a wrong information?
