Having fried oysters and beignets for lunch revealed an unexpected depth of options. Sure, the bacon cheeseburger was good, too, but the menu variety served both those looking for something routine as well as those desiring a bit more gusto. French fries were narrow, crisp and quite tasty. The house "conserved" is a very nice Marionberry, Strawberry and walnut compote and is a great addition to the beignets.
